Refunds

Everything we sell is a digital file, so it can’t be returned. But if something doesn’t work, we’ll fix it or refund you.

If a file doesn’t work

If a file won’t open, is missing pages, or the Host Console misbehaves, emailanne@thedahlfiles.com with the email address you used at checkout. We’ll send a working file, or refund you if we can’t fix it.

Bought the wrong edition?

Bought the Home edition but need the Office / Team edition, or the other way around? Email us and we’ll sort it out.

Case Club

Cancel anytime in your Payhip account, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund a month or year that has already started, unless something didn’t work.

Gifts

If a gift doesn’t arrive or a file doesn’t work, email us and we’ll fix it or refund the buyer.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
